Please have a look at this copy of the current rules and let me know if you have trouble reading it in your browser.

I'm experimenting with keeping the rules in XML and rendering them as HTML with an XSLT processor.

(If anyone at least as geeky as me wants to know what the XML looks like, have at it.)
