[Nomic02] Proposal: Nullification

A proposal for one new rule and modifications to two tokens.

  Nullification [Psmith]

  If the active player is carrying the Null Imp, he or she may as an
  action remove both the Null Imp and one other token that he or she is
  carrying from the game. After this action has been taken, that player
  is prohibited from taking any action which would cause the Null Imp to
  come into the possession of that player or that player's servant until
  after the Null Imp has been picked up by at least one other player or
  servant.

  The Null Imp and the mind control satellite uplink are protected
  tokens.

(This is a restricted, but potentially useful, enough means of
token-disposal for you, I hope, Jota?)
