Unless the list archive is missing mails, Roger received demerits under
rule 24 on:

Fri, 7 Feb 2003 15:47:54 -0700
Wed, 12 Mar 2003 08:40:33 -0700
Wed, 19 Mar 2003 08:40:33 -0700

and thus, by Rule 11, was removed from the game at that last time (it
becoming Jota's turn, since Roger was the active player at that
point).

No, I wouldn't make that kind of joke. (I hadn't realised how close
Roger was to timing out, actually, until I came to look.)
