As that stands, I'm voting nay, but I'd be willing to consider something
similar to it. E.g., no player may make more than one rule-change-related
proposal every twelve hours, perhaps. Or even alternately, no player may
propose changes to the rules while two other proposals [...], perhaps. Or
something.
