[Nomic02] [T] My turn

First, I reduce Iraq's damage by 1 and declare the 7th letter of its
connection name (the second t in Ctblpotamia) to be nonconnective.  This
is not for any strategic reason; it just makes the map come out nicer in
Graphvis.  Iraq is no longer connected to the Servants' Quarters.

The rest of my turn required much agonizing, plotting, and
deliberation.  I'm pretty sure that the Quest isn't worth pursuing right
now.  So here's what I do:  I move to Saturn and I drop my bomb.
