Well, ok; I might repropose when others have had a chance to respond to 
this one.

The Null Imp can be transferred using Magic Fingers? More to the point, 
neither the Null Imp nor the Bottle Imp does anything whatsoever just at 
the moment, but neither did the mind-control satellite uplink when it was 
proposed; I was just hoping to provide a bit of a focus for creativity.
