Ok, my turn. I change the first letter of Iraq's connectivity name to 'C' 
(-2bp), disconnecting it from the Lounge but connecting it to Central Park.

Assuming this is legal, I then move to Central Park (+2bp), steal the 
mind-control satellite uplink from Jota and move the Baron to the Servants' 
Quarters.

If that's all successful I'll then end my turn, at which point Central 
Park's visits will increase to 5.
